Garner Planning, acting as agent for Maple Grove Developments, has secured planning permission for a new six storey building (ground floor commercial uses with offices above) within the Blackburn Cathedral Quarter.

The new building will form part of a wider town centre redevelopment scheme that as already been completed following planning and listed building consents secured in 2012 which included an extension to the Cathedral for apartments, office and conference room, a new hotel, a six storey office building, car park and public realm works.
