South Lakeland District Council have granted planning permission to Russell Armer for a housing scheme at Allithwaite following the signing of a S106 agreement to provide affordable housing.

The development includes a broad range of houses including 2,3 and 4 bedroomed properties with some bungalows.

Garner Planning prepared Affordable Housing, Heritage and Planning Statements in support of the application and acted as agent for Russell Armer.

A start on site will be made very soon.
