Garner Planning has assisted the H&H Group in securing planning permission for a new Pioneer food hall, 11 industrial units and a 295 space car park at the Rosehill Industrial Estate, Carlisle.

The new food hall will benefit from the location’s agricultural identity, support local food producers and provide better facilities for Carlisle residents.

New good quality employment units will provide for existing companies wishing to expand as well as new companies wishing to establish themselves in Carlisle.

There will be significant local environmental improvements, not only in terms of the site’s remediation, but also in terms of improving the image of Rosehill Industrial Estate with new buildings and formalised and managed car parking facilities.
