Grasmere Holiday Let Appeal

August 13th, 2024 | Posted by Chris Garner in News

Garner Planning has won an appeal against the Lake District National Park Authority’s refusal of consent to use an annex for holiday let purposes. The local planning authority were of the view that the annex was suitable for permanent occupation. The Inspector agreed with Garner Planning that the permanent use of the annex as a dwelling would have detrimental impact on the residential amenity of occupants of the main dwelling.

If you have an annex or property you wish to use for holiday letting then contact Chris Garner for advice.
