Class E Industrial/retail units consent

Garner Planning has secured planning permission for five industrial/retail units and warehousing on a brownfield site in the village of Staveley within the Lake District National Park.

The scheme comprises close to 1600 sq.m of floorspace, car parking with the provision of electric vehicle charging points. The units are restricted to non-food retail and other Class E uses.
