Garner Planning has secured planning permission for the change of use of an office building, on a business park just outside Kirkby Lonsdale, to a kitchen showroom use.

Garner Planning has secured two separate consents to convert the Black Swan public house to a residential use. One consent enables a conversion to four apartments and the other to a single dwelling.
