Garner Planning has secured consent for four holiday pods at Newby Bridge Hotel in the Lake District National Park. The Inspector agreed that there was no impact on the amenity of a nearby residential property and that the woodland adjoining the site did not form part of the residential garden of the neighbouring property

National Park Replacement Dwelling

Garner Planning has secured planning consent to replace a sub-standard dwelling in the Lake District National Park. The new dwelling will have three bedrooms and include solar photovoltaic panels and an air source heat pump. A bio-diversity net gain scheme forms part of the scheme. The development will be undertaken by Lanquest Properties Limited.
