Garner Planning, working with Dearbhail Keating of John Coward Architects, has secured planning permission for two dwellings in Broughton-in-Furness village centre.

The three storey town houses each have four bedrooms.

The site is within the Conservation Area and close to a number of listed buildings, so sensitive design was the key issue.
