January 28th, 2014 | Posted by in NewsPlanning permission has been secured for two dwellings overlooking the Heversham Bowling Club and the Lake District Fells beyond.
The planning authority, had previously considered any development would be an exception to policy therefore requiring an element of affordable housing. In the context of the planning application, the authority agreed with Garner Planning Associates that the development would constitute infill and would be entirely consistent with Core Strategy policy.
Planning permission was granted in January 2014 for two open market dwellings.
The message is, do not be dissuaded from progressing development proposals because of less than enthusiastic pre-application correspondence with the planning authority, call Chris Garner to discuss.
