Garner Planning Associates, acting as agent for Maple Grove Developments, has assisted in securing planning, listed building and conservation area consents for an extension to the Grade II* Blackburn Cathedral, including 10 apartments and six scholar bedsits, a six storey 60 bedroom hotel with ground floor retail and commercial space, a six storey office block with ground floor retail and commercial space, a new car park and public realm works.

GPA was appointed as planning consultants, working with a team of architects, engineers, highway consultants, surveyors and ecologists, to provide town planning advice and expertise for this major town centre project.
